I got a “Pre-Transaction Question” on a DVD I’ve got listed on Half.com:
“Does this have all the inserts?”
Which one of you is it? C'mon, fess up!
Goddam smartasses.

HAHA. Not me.
But, does it?
(Just kidding--couldn't care less about inserts.)

Maybe they just wanted to make sure they were getting the "complete" package?
Some inserts I could care less about if they were included, but when they come with booklets I want to make sure if I buy used they come with them....(ala James Bond)

What is really fun is when they ask about the insert and when you tell them it didn't come with an insert they don't believe you. Had this happen with May on ebay. Had 3 or 4 emails back in forth with one guy that no insert was ever included.

Depending on the particular DVD the lack of an insert could be a tip off that it's a bootleg (OOP Criterions, etc.). Maybe your buyer is a J6P who thinks this is true for all DVD's.
