I really enjoyed the first season, found it to be quite different and original.

I've only seen the first two eps, and am eagerly awaiting this release. I also found it to be quite different and original, and loved the way it was filmed and written. Unfortunately, I don't have Showtime (or cable, for that matter), so dvd is my only option.

It is great, and it definitely helps to see the first episode to get the backstory. I watched the first couple on cable, picked up the rest in widescreen on kazaa and will be buying the DVDs if they are relatively cheap or available substantially discounted.

I would recommend it as well-
I would wait till the box set comes out in May to see each episode in order and then see the 2nd series when it premieres on Showtime in the early summer

I think it is really well done. However, I did feel it jumped the shark for a few episodes after Rebecca Gayheart left. Toward the end of the season it got back on track...

I saw all of the episodes, but it was kind of dissapointing. If anything, I would recommend renting them over buying them, since there is not much replay value IMO.

Sometimes i dont have time to see the episodes as they premiere on TV so i rather enjoy when i have the opportunity to possible purchase it on DVD. I did it with Dead Zone: Season 1 and im eagerly waiting for season 2, so i might try this with this show.
