Big Thumbs Up to Universal

I was surprised to find in the mail today my BTTF replacement DVDs after only under a month of waiting. Not only was the turn around time fast, but the DVDs were sealed in jewel cases as well.

I know they f-ed up on the release, but I think that sending a prepaid envelope and sending back the DVDs with care makes up for it.

Do we need another thread about this? I say yes. If you are still out there waiting for replacements to hit the stores, don't bother waiting. The turnaround time isn't enough to worry about.

You should probably call someone at Universal. I sent mine in a couple months ago and recieved replacements in less than 2 weeks.
