Prince of Egypt, which edition to get?

I noticed that there were 2 editions of the prince of egypt. Which edition is better?

The sig edition has some features that the DTS version doesn't but the DTS version has DTS.

Any opinions?

Get the "baby-killer" edition. It's the best because that's what the movie's about. God killing babies.

Go with the DTS version. Make sure you dont get the crappy cover either.

This is the one you want:

I've been thinking about upgrading to the DTS version. Is it worth it? And what extras would I be losing? I thought they were identical.

I thought they were identical too. I've got the DTS version and it's incredible.

According to this review, quoted here, "This (dts) disc has the same video quality and supplements as the original (signature edition/dolby digital) release".

I heard that even the menus are in DTS.

I haven't watched this in awhile... it's one of my favorite animated features... I wish more U.S. studios would do dramatic animation like this.

Definitely go with the DTS if you have the capabilities. It has the same supplements as the Dolby, and the supplements were pretty good if I remember correctly. I haven't watched this one in a long time.
