Is Repli-kate worth getting for $6.99?

I saw the DVD for Repli-kate starring Ali Landry selling for $6.99 at Frys. Is this movie worth it at that price? I like Ali Landry (even though she's going with that Screech guy from "Saved By the Bell") but the film looks kinda lame. It got nothing but 4 and 5 star reviews on Amazon.com though.

That would be: "that Slater guy."

Haven't seen the movie. I believe it is a $5.88 title at walmart, though.

You're thinking of Cameron Diaz

$7.00 isn't bad for a DVD featuring a woman that fine, high Lame Quotient or not.

i didn't think it was worth 5.88, but I buckled at Wal-mart last night when the price went down to $5.50. It is loaded with extras, commentary, "outragous" deleted scenes, alternative openings and ending

Watched it last night. The movie was OK, disc is anamorphic with 5.1 sound and a bunch of extras. Worth the $5-6 IMO.

If you are curious its only 2 dollars more than a rental,
which makes me say it is worth it. if it is horrible,
sell it for 2 dollars at some used dvd store, and your even agin.

PS- I never saw it so i cant say if it was good or not.

I watched it with couple of friends while drinking. It was WELL worth the $5.88 to me.

I thought it was hilarious. Eugene Levy was kinda wasted in it, but Ali Landry was HOTT and actaully funny. Think of it as Weird Science updated to the "New Millenium" style of teen comedy and that's it.

Definitely worth it. Hilarious movie. Would have been worth it for Ali Landry alone (both her performance and her looks), but it's overall good as well.

I thought it was hilarious. Plot Synopsis:
Spoiler:
Clone a hot chick, teach the clone stereotypical man habits - watch football, eat pizza, blow stuff up and screw for the fun of it - but be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.
.

That sounds great, never heard of this before this thread. I had been avioding this thread for some reason thinking it was a stupid Sci-Fi karate movie. I finally READ the title of the thread here and checked it out. Man it has been a long week, the movie does sound cool though and I may just have to buy it... Thanks to all of you that posted your opinions about it.
