The A - Team Season 1
A friend of mine who runs a large A-Team website had an e-mail from a spokes person at Universal asking him some general questions as he was putting together interviews for the season 1 boxset of The A-Team. Dunno about R2 but looks a definate for R1.

Of course - after I pick up a BUNCH of the Columba House DVDs and the UK R2 DVDs, this gets announced! Typical.
Still, I'll buy them in a hot second and e-bay the others. I'll just wait for official comfirmation first. . . .

Yes, Universal is reimagining this great epic series, and they will be recasting B.A. as a woman.

Betcha they won't be getting a Dirk Benedict interview. Last I heard, he moved to Montana and almost completely separated himself from Hollywood, and the parting wasn't amicable in the least. Although now he's apparently got an indie film thing going on.

As a supplement, I hope they include the interview that Bob Costas did with Mr. T at the Superbowl the day of the A-Team's premier. (It premired right after the Superbowl in 1981 I think.)
Mr. T said in the interview that everyone should watch the A-Team that night, and if there was anyone out there who didn't, he would personally come into there house, rip out there tv and give it to someone who will watch it.

But I love this news. Watching Alias Season 2 again, it always reminded me of how the opening was just like the A-Team.

I heard McG wants to remake this and have Busta Rymes play B.A. he also stated that Woody Allen was interested in playing Murdock.
what better of a show to use all those "really cool" slow motion action scenes.
just in case, I am being sarcastic.

I was a big fan of The A-Team when I was a kid, but have any of you seen an episode recently? They are playing it on one of the local channels in SoCal and it's hard to watch except for the scenes featuring Howling Mad Murdock and B.A. arguing. Hasn't aged well, IMHO.
