Xmas is just around the corner. Nothing says I love more than a CC movie. She's worth more than a bare bones copy. It shows that you care to give her the very best.

It's not that I care, just curious. I've seen the DDD coupon threads. That's just stating what people bought there and with the coupon. And as I said before, I'm bored and decided to start this thread. I did a search and found a mess of threads with lists and all. So why not just make one thread where you can list what you bought whether or not you used a coupon or a sale. It'll probably get knocked down to the second page anyway (then it's gone forever), most of my threads do. Anyway, boredom, it leads to me reading a dvd website every five minutes when I should be working. Yay!
That may be the most depressing post I've ever read . . .

I just picked up a used copy of Prime Suspect this morning. I've never seen it, but I've heard good things about it, and at $13.99 for the 2-disc set, I couldn't resist.

edited to add: after updating my DVDTracker list, it says (according to the stats at the bottom of my page) I've spent exactly $8,400.00 on DVDs. Spooky!

Rob

I enjoyed your list breakdowns by director. I didn't know there was more Tarkovsky available that wasn't through Criterion.

I sold off a bunch of stuff when I didn't have a job. Now that I have one, I don't have to worry about extremely low funds.

Anyway, before this get locked, I will entertain Bored Lonely Chicken Made Of Glass... er, I mean, you all... with my list:

Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl

That is all. Look at it with amazement, all of you!!

Thinking about picking up a couple box sets from DDD. Will not update though, as this will most definitely get the big ol' lockdown, Johnny Cash-style.

K

P.S. glasschicken is neither cool nor new nor a member. Discuss.

No english subs (though i work with guys from Germany).....new transfers....alternative commentary track to R1 for Aguirre (no english subs) and Fitzcarraldo is a 2 disc set with the extra disc talking about the drama in making the film etc...once again..no english subs.
