It would just be awesome if they totally were 100% honest in the extras.

"Yeah, so then after season 3 we decided that we didn't like this Star Trek thing anymore, so we stuffed a chick in a tight suit, got rid of most of what we had done before, and hoped for the best. Do you remember that meeting?"

"Oh yeah, I do. Good times man!"

I can see this set selling well in the Castro in San Francisco.

What's up with the rainbow colored set? Oh well.

Season 1 up for pre-order at Amazon. $90.99. Same price as DS9 Season 7, which has two more discs and eleven more episodes.

So far, the retail for most of the sets has been @ $130.00-$140.00 but you aren't going to have to pay that from most any place. I think these sets will be somewhere in that vicinity, and be available with similar steep discounts most places any of us are going to be looking for them.
I've been trying to find a retailer that's honestly posting the retail price on these, and all of them are posting it at over 100.00, and taking off their discount to make this just under 100.00, the exact same prices they charged for all the other Star Trek sets. This is just wrong. Is this going to be the final set price, or could we see a price drop closer to street?
