Man Show Season One Vol Two: Worst. Packaging. Ever.

Eagerly anticipating this release, I was surprised to see they had abandoned the slim pack individual cases in the box and had what looked like a double DVD case. Expecting to open it up to find a double DVD case with an additional hub to hold the third DVD, I was disgusted to see two DVDs over lapping each other and the other DVD hidden under the insert (yayyy, it came with an insert.)

But at least it's got an insert, right?

And the coasters in there sound like floaters if you do the shake test first.

Now I'm glad that I didn't pick this up when I saw it today. Why change the packaging? It was fine on Vol One. Guess it was probably cheaper this way...

I picked it up, did the shake test on 1, on 2, on 3... Then remembered the coasters. I looked over the cover and it just felt wrong. So I decided to hold off until I read a few reviews, because I was pretty disapointed with the first set of disc.

I would guess someplace to put the coasters...

Not a problem, nothing the scanner, 3 clear thinpaks and about an hour of work can't fix.

I decided not to buy this when I saw the package was changed from the thin packs. Also I was doing the shake test, but I did not know about the coasters. I will pick this up if it redone in the thin cases.

I totally agree. I ordered it from Amazon.com and it came in the mail today and I could hear the disks rattling around as soon as I picked it up. When I opened it up and saw the packaging, I thought, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!?!?! The only explanation I could think of is they thought the overlapping disk thing would make it look like breasts. Still, very lame, and I'm lucky that all three disks seem to work so far and survived the mailing process.

I got 2 of these sets from Amazon.com... Disk 2 and 3 came loose on both sets.
