I had always noticed something was awry with the audio here, but only now found out that it is actually defective.


I've searched the site extensively, but haven't found the answer to this:

What can we do with these discs? I have 04730 disc (the defective one), is there a place I can send it to to get it swapped out with the good disc?

It's been a while since this has been out. You may want to contact Columbia and see if they're still swapping the discs out. I was able to do mine through DVDPlanet when I got it.

How on earth do I contact Columbia? I visit their website and get forwarded over to Sony's site. And there's no possible way to contact them on there.

Whatever you do don't just send it to the address, call first and see if you can get some sort of confirmation. When this issue first came up I sent mine to the address that was supposedly for the replacement disc and I never heard/saw anything back about it I finally ended up having to buy a new one.
