Some Special features on DVD
Hi I was just wondering if anyone know how to acess the special features on a DVD, it doesn't show it on the main menu but in the case it says "Access (Insert name) special feature by pressing the menu on your DVD player's remote control".
I tred that several times in different area's of the movie but it swaps from the main menu to the movie all the time, I even tryed searching for hidden buttons through the CD's and there's nothing, does that mean that the CD hasn't got special feature's even though it says it has on the inside cover, or am I missing something?

Which disk and which special feature are you talking about? Commentary tracks are usually accessed from the "audio" sub-menu of the main menu. Can you give more specific information regarding what you are looking for?

Your remote has arrow buttons that let you highlight different options on the menu. You must use your finger and press one of the arrow buttons to highlight the "features" menu in order to access the extras.

The mainstreaming (hamstringing) of DVD continues. Coming soon: "Includes Full Screen (NO MORE BLACK BARS!) and No Special Features (AVOID THE EMBARRASSMENT ASSOCIATED WITH KNOWING NOTHING ABOUT THE ELECTRONIC DEVICE YOU JUST BOUGHT!)"
They can call it a Special "The Guy At Best Buy Told Me I Couldn't Live Without a DVD Player" Edition

What DVD is it? Someone here can tell you if it has special features.
If it's every DVD, then sadly, Robert's post is probably your answer.

Sorry but I don't believe the guy when he claims he can't use his MENU button or locate the Special Features menu. This is a troll thread.
If it's not I'm horrified.

Here's DVD Talk's review of the Inspector Gadget 2 DVD.

Scroll down the review to Extras. Those are the Special Features. Chances are the menu doesn't refer to them by that name. You should be able to access them from the submenus, though the features will be spread out over several submenus.
You're not really giving us enough information to help you, but it sounds as though you're just pressing the menu key, then enter/play and alternating between the movie and main menu. As Robert noted above (the third post after yours), at the main menu, you have to use the arrow keys (those triangles that point up, down, left and right) to highlight a section of the main menu, then press enter (which is usually the play button, but might be different on your remote). You'll then be taken to a submenu, where you repeat the process (highlight and enter) to access the feature you want. I'm afraid you may have taken the package's instructions too literally when it said you can access the features by using the menu buttion.
