do NOT turn up the volume for "28 Days Later" (no spoilers)
the first scene is prety loud, but not terribly, but then the movie goes into almost 10 min of dead silence, with little noise, it will be tough to understand what everyone is saying but, do not turn it up loud. SOMETHING will suddenly jump out on the screen from no where and really hurt your ears, and possibly get you in lots of trouble from neighbors ect.
just warning everyone about it
this is a new thread so more wont get p o'ed about spoiling something about the movie

2 questions:
1. Why didn't you just edit the previous thread instead of deleting everyone's posts?
2. Why are you even watching this movie again after you've expressed several times your dislike for it?

I don't have any issues with the sound. Some parts are pretty brutal and loud, but I think it serves a purpose. It adds to the insanity that's going on on the screen.

Nice try, but I think that you are still going to get people complaining about this being a spoiler.

Seriously though, I didn't have any trouble hearing anything in the opening scenes with the volume at the regular level. Just keep your volume where you'd normally have it for a movie and it'll be fine.

So glad that the post was restarted . . . now, instead of arguing/discussing/conversing on what types of movie information should be "spoiler"ed, it's turned into one group making fun of the group that they disagreed with.
Much better.
Rypro - again, thanks for the warning . . . sorry your thread degraded the way that it has.

At the risk of beating this into the ground...
You haven't really solved the issue with your post. You are still 'spoiling' the movie. Something jumping out at you (loudly) after long periods of silence is supposed to be a SURPRISE. You are ruining that surprise for everyone who has not yet seen the film.
I don't care if the thing jumping out is a

The 'jumping out loudly' part is the surprise... not really what the thing is.
I know your heart is in the right place with these posts, but you are ruining the beginning of the film for everyone who has not yet seen it. You've already done so for me.
I guess I'm in the minority here, but a simple "be wary of loud volume levels at the beginning of the film" would have sufficed.
