I think the first 3 seasons of The Simpsons make-up the top 3. We do know for sure that Band of Brothers is #1 in terms of sales revenue.

Don't forget The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Friends, 24, X-Files, Stargate, Star Trek, and a whole bunch...

Judging by a lot of the Dvdprofiler and Dvdafficianado lists seen in these forums, I'd say that Simpsons,Buffy,Friends,and X-Files are among the best sellers.
