Triumphing?

I really think you're off base here. I can deduce nothing about the focus of the movie from this picture other than it involves girls and soccer. To me, it just looks like two girls equally happy about something that must have went right during one of their games.

Of course, they are also both wearing jeans . . . who plays soccer in jeans?

You guys are so missing the point here. That they can just go and cut her head off and paste on a new one, and nobody (save us and those who are aware of the original poster art) is any the wiser... It's just creepy to me, for some reason. And it's lame.

It's not completely seamless, but it's much better than the Weird Science job. My grandma could do a better job and she's blind in one eye.*

Well at least it doesnt have "STARRING KEIRA KNIGHTLEY FROM THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN WHICH HAD JOHNNY DEPP AND ORLANDO BLOOM AND A BUNCH OF SCARY PIRATES!!!!!! " across the top.

Bend? Beckham? Couldn't they Americanize this movie? Jeez!

Oh, he's not. lesterlong is famous for disliking movies made in "The Not-So-Great Britain", as he calls it. Even American movies with one or two Brit actors (using non-American accents) tends to send him into near convulsive fits. This condition seems to be worsening.

I think they switched Keira Knightley's face/head to take advantage of her recent fame. In the first picture, you can't really tell that it's her because her face is sort of scrunched up thanks to her open mouth. In the second picture, there's no mistaking that it's Keira Knightley.

By the way, I really liked the movie and will be getting it.

Yeah, JJE, on the first page when I said "I just wish they would have fixed the raised arm too...it looks like it's all bent out of shape" I was referring to her arm and wrist...Though I love the bettre version of her face that they switched to, I think I would have fixed her arm and wrist too

No, her hairs just harder to make out against the darker background in the original pic.

Why couldn't they use the r2 art? Looks nice. After all, it uses a publicity photo. Cut-and-paste uniforms and soccer balls on it if you like.
