Is Disney getting too cheap?

We just bought JUNGLE BOOK 2 and STITCH: THE MOVIE and neither one had an insert sheet (usually containing the chapter information, etc.). Did we get shorted or is this true with everyone's purchase of these? Thanks!

Usually in budget titles

I've noticed that a lot of the budget titles (14 bucks or less) most times don't have an insert. No bother, you can go to Blockbuster.com, get the chapters, and print them out yourself. Plus, DVDcoverart.com usually has inserts.
