Who's getting the Warner Legends Box?

I'm thinking about it. Coming on 9/30, you get the 3 double-disc DVDs of Treasure of the Sierra Madre,The Adventures of Robin Hood and Yankee Doodle Dandy as well as a 7th disc, the documentary about Warner Brothers. Amazon's got a good price for the box(under $49),but I'm just not sure I really want YDD or the documentary.

Hmm, I hadn't heard about the boxed set. I might have to pick it up.

Don't think. Do it. You won't regret it . YDD is a great movie that showcases the fact that Cagney was a remarkable tap dancer. Granted the movie reaks a bit with jingoism. It's still a classic.

It's well worth it to get the box set, IMHO. For the additional $8 (over the cost if you bought the other two separately) you get YDD and Here's Looking at You. If nothing else you could sell those two and recoup at least the $8 difference, probably more.
Amazon's price is even better with STL.

I've had it pre-ordered for nearly two months now--can't wait. Three extremely enjoyable films from the studio system's "golden age". I am most excited about John Huston's Treasure of the Sierra Madre, but I love all three. And the extras sound like a blast. One of my most-eagerly-anticipated releases.

There's a thread every week on what people buy. Closing duplicate.
