Smallville

Is there any early reviews. Is there also an un-aired pilot episode? What are the chances of Lois and Clark coming to DVD?

Considering Lois & Clark is part of Columbia House's Video Club (VHS only so far) there's probably a pretty good chance that it will at least see DVD as part of Columbia House's club.

The Smallville pilot is actually just the first two episodes together. As far as I know, no unaired pilot exists.

There is an unaired pilot in which Martha Kent is played by another actress.

I could be wrong, but I thought they just refilmed the scenes they needed to.

That is correct, sir. I have a "collector to collector" copy of the unaired pilot and can verify this. I heard it will be on the season set, and I am telling you it's not all that. All you see is why they fired the original actress, really.

The tone of the original pilot was also a little bit darker in mood.

How? I've seen it, and the scenes were exactly as they aired, except for the ones they re filmed with the new actress.

Tough to explain but the scenes that had changes in them Clark was angrier for not being normal, like not being able to play football.
