For the most part I do. There are some movies that I don't though, these are usually the really crappy movies I own like Men In Black II and Independence Day. But yeah, I'm kind of an extras whore

my system is simple. first off...yes I watch all the extras. if it's an older film that I've seen over and over prior to getting the dvd, I may watch the extras first, excluding the commentary, then watch the film. if I'm new to the film...I'll watch the extras afterwards. commentaries I'll squeeze in last....as the final feature...UNLESS it's Joe Bob Briggs or Tim Lucas, which require a priority listen to be first on the list!!!

The extras are my main reaon for buying DVDs. I love all the behind-the-scenes stuff. I would never buy a Superbit title or anything like that, and regular barebones titles I only get when they are really cheap.

I usually watch most of the extras. Sometimes I'll put them off until later, but I usually watch them after I watch the movie. Some of the featurettes are hit-and-miss, but I at least check most of them out.

I do. As other people mentioned, I paid for them, so why not. Same with commentaries. The only exception I make is I don't read scripts. I just don't have the patience to read hundreds of screens of text.
I can justify it because I find myself buying a lot less. Without watching the extras, I'd constantly be buying new stuff. I've got about a dozen discs to go through and they'll last quite a while because I take them time to do the extras.

Some. I like deleted scense, making of's, out takes.
But, I hate commentaries! Listening to those is like having someone talk over the entire film. I like to hear the movie.

I usually watch them at least once to give them a try. I've only watched one "Director's Commentary" ever because I usually don't care about that. But I always watch the cut scenes, making of, etc.
The LOTR:FOTR ones where they showed how they made people look small and stuff. Those things just rock. It's so cool to sit there going WOW.

My collection is sorted by discs that are "done" (every extra, commentary, and featurette watched) and not done. Sometimes it is painful (there are some BAD commentaries out there) and sometimes it is marketing fluff, but for a variety of reasons I enjoy "completing" a disc.
Even still, 4500 still-frames on Akira was WAY overkill!!!

For the most part, no. If a movie is unedited, in its OAR (and anamorphic if applicable), and with good sound (DTS/DD5.1 if applicable), I'm happy.
I just don't have time for commentaries -- I will watch the occasional FX featurette once in a blue moon. This year the only featurette I've seen is the LotR featurette on how they handled the hobbit/human size difference.
