X2 Dvd...no Commentary!?!

The review on dvdtalk mentions no commentary from Singer as a Special Feature. What happened? I thought he was going to do one!? Hope they're not holding out for some kind of second release. This one already looks pretty packed!

Disc 1:
Commentary by Director Bryan Singer and Cinematographer Tom Sigel
Commentary by Producers Lauren Shuler Donner and Ralph Winter and Writers Michael Dougherty, Dan Harris and David Hayter
It might not have been on the pre-release/review copy... that's been known to happen.

Nope, they are on the early screeners. One with Singer and the director of photography and the other with the screenwriters and the producers. I actually liked the second commentary better as it was simply more fun.

Does anyone else think that there will be a 2.5, I'm tempted to hold off.

DVD File's review discusses X2's commentaries, as does the one at The Digital Bits.

I doubt there will be a 2.5 as this one seems packed. Of course with a 3rd movie a few years out, you'll never know what can happen over the next 2 and a half years. Then again, why wait 2 years for a movie you enjoy

Considering the difference between 1 and 1.5 didn't seem to attract a lot of attention (atleast around here from what I recall) I don't think I'll bother waiting.
