I usually buy anywhere from 2-10 in any week, depending on what comes out on Tuesday.

I've had my DVD player a little over 3 years, and have been averaging about 7 DVDs per week. At least they are getting cheaper as time goes on!

I was buying 1 or 2 a week, but no I am only buying 1 or 2 a month.

When Oct & Nov hits, I have a feeling I will be buying a few more.

I buy between none and ten (depending on the week). Usually, though, around 2-3.

In August, I bought probably 15 DVDs. Maybe even more. Before then, I was averaging probably .33 a week or something.

Usually between 2 and 5, but occasionally I find a week every now and then where nothing new is coming out that I'm interested in.

lol u all seem to buy quite a few then, do any of u use the x-box for ure dvd's or do u all have a system and surround sound. If u do have an x-box can u recommend any speakers and surround sound for it? i currently have a soundstation which has 2 speakers and a sub. Its gud but i would prefer a full surround.

Not all that many considering i've bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 dvds in 3 years. Although...I didn't discover this forum 'til this summer ( and thereby kicking my interest into an obsession )

I buy in bulk, or spurts, so I don't have a regular rate. I'd say one a week on average, but then again I've been up to one a day sometimes!

Gig, if you like to buy a lot of DVDs at a time, I'd reccomend you have a look in the DVD Club and see the Columbia House threads. It's the cheapest way to buy most DVDs, really.

Oh, and Gig... 'ppl'? 'u'? No.

Usually none. Totally depends on the time of year. During the summer and holiday season, usually one or two a week.

At a minimum every week I do one columbia house account. That is at least 8 DVDs there.

On an average maybe 10-12 total a week. I got my fist DVD and player in March 2003 and purchased next to nothing. I found this site in April and lurked here learning what I could, especially CH.
I now have about 250 according to DVDprofiller(it counts my box sets as one) with another 22 paid for and in the mail from CH (2 full acounts and one enrollment).

Usually a few a week. Sometimes I'll hit a goldmine at the used store and I'll grab lots more.

I've slowed down now that I'm approaching 400.
