New to the DVD scene...

as the title says i am new to buying DVD's well fairly new anyway. I use my x-box DVD player but it seems gud enough. Anyway i have only about 15 DVD's at the moment but i was planning on getting a few more later on. I have seen the 2 disc die hard with avengance for £9 and some other movies including Black hawk down, thirteen ghosts and star wars episode 2 for around the same price. Can any of you reccomend any purchases. My current list of films are:

LOTR: fELLOWSHIP
lOTR:TT
Men in black 2
Guest house paridiso
Daredevil
Catch me if you can
Die another day
American pie 2
Jurassic park
The lost world (jurassic park)
Dog soldiers
Blue streak
Ocean's 11
Saving private ryan

take a look at my collection, I sort of have the same intrests as you do as well. And since you are in the uk and have an xbox, you are region free right (so get rid of your daredevil dvd and get the region 1 dvd, yours is cut by a few seconds due to a headbutt and a main charater getting a spear into their hand.)

just picked up 3 new DVD'S. Jurassic park 3 for £7 i have all 3 jurassic park films now. Deathwatch £7, looked awsme on film trailers and i had heard it was gud. Then alien 3 for £10 which is expensive but no cheaper anywhere else, plus it was the only shop where my friend or me could get served for an 18.

If you live in the UK I suggest you look at http://www.dvdcompare.org.uk/comparisons/ to make sure you don't get a censored DVD.
