A few specs on FOX's WRONG TURN DVD came in...
On creature-corner.com in an interview with Wrong Turn director Rob Schmidt, Schmidt revealed that Fox may be shaping up a documentary called "Meaty Pieces" for the DVD. He is unsure if FOX will release the movie with more graphic footage but included on the DVD there are going to be Deleted Scenes as well as an Audio Commentary with director Rob Schmidt and stars Eliza Dushku and Desmond Harrington.
I for one liked this movie. I think I hyped it a little too much in my head because I thought I would love it but I did genuinely like the film for what it was (as morbid as that sounds...). If FOX can pull out a Special Edition of From Justin to Kelly, I'm sure they can pull some strings to make Wrong Turn into something worth while on DVD because no matter what I think I'm gonna be picking this one up (big Eliza Dushku fan- so maybe I was biased with liking the film in the beginning anyway- o well). Just glad to hear that studios are attempting more and more to release worth while features on dvd instead of the old barebones.

There wasn't anything on the site about the release date but hopefully it will be within the months of October/November when it's released. Hopefully we will get word on the release date asap.

I caught this one in the dolllar theaters and thought it was quite good. Had that Texas Chainsaw Massacre thing about it (not the Next Generation crap movie, the original). I'm going to pick it up when it comes out.

I liked this little movie. It's fun and somewhat scary at times.
It's well directed and edited. Although it would be nice to see a version with even more gore.
This film made its money back on ticket sales, and hopefully there will be a trend of films like this on small budgets that deliver the goods.
I am glad fox is chipping in for a special edition. They get my

Hot damn! I cant wait to get this movie. It was the most fun horror film I have seen so far this year. It was a rip off of other horror movies but it does it well and never slows down.
