BREAD AND ROSES: Difference in Canadian and US versions?

Just wondering as it is plenty cheaper from Playcentric than anywhere else, and there is also a cheap used copy on Amazon which states that it is an IMPORT.
Is the US version barebones anyway?

as far as I know the LionsGate version is not 16/9....but have no info on the Canadian.......if it is then it is a no-brainer!
