Oh well, nobody cared to answer/clairify my question, so I went ahead and ordered the Deluxe version in hopes that it has been remastered (audio &/or video).
BTW.. I just offered my regular version to a coworker for 10 bucks and they bought it, so my upgrade will only cost me $9.12!

It's the same video transfer. It's the same everything as the SE, with the soundtrack included.
