R1 DC (America) - Trimark
Audio commentary by Oliver Stone
Over an hour of extra scenes and lost performances (including Ashley Judd's shocking courtroom scene, Warden Jones' dismembered head, Denis Leary's never-before-seen performance, the controversial shot of reporter Downey's hand wound, and an intense alternate ending)
'Making of' documentary
Cast & crew interviews
Theatrical trailer
English, French and Spanish Subtitles
1.85:1 non anamorphic NTSC
Dolby Digital 5.1 format
Amaray Case
Note - Director's cut containing 3(?) minutes of restored footage
R1 (America) - Warner Bros
Audio Commentary by Oliver Stone
'Chaos Rising: The Storm About 'Natural Born Killer' - Behind-the-Scenes Making Of Documentary
Trailer
Deleted Footage and alternate ending
English, French, Portuguese and Spanish Subtitles
1.85:1 anamorphic NTSC
Dolby Digital 5.1 format
Snapper Case
I'm pretty sure the deleted footage on the Warner Bros DVD isn't everything from the director's cut, so it's up to you. I'd argue that you should buy both and create the Natural Born Killers "Deathmark Edition" or "Das Boot Edition" or something like that.

The unrated Trimark release is your best bet at the moment.
Original uncensored version of the film with all 150 cuts restored.
Now if Warner had released the unrated version or both 16.9 enhanced. Then that'd be a great buy. Yet since they are ripping people off with a cut release of the film while using the 'directors cut' extra features found on the Trimark release. It's best to get the unrated version.

Here's a great comparison that I used when trying to pick which version to get:

I had the trimark VHS 2 tape directors cut. I remember an intro on tape 1 where Stone comes on and says something like, "You are about to see the original version with the cuts restored etc" but I don't think I saw that intro on my trimark directors cut DVD. Has it been cut from the DVD, or is it on the disc somewhere?

The Dir. Cut is by far the best version of this one. It doesn't even compare to the other one.
And Mr. Kite! I think the intro is on there as a feature, not actually atached to the movie like the VHS.
