Columbia House whore here! I am not exclusive to CH as I buy dvds when I feel the need. As far as offers go... I tend to be a little more on the level. Like everyone else, mistakes happen and I make an insane offer thing the dvd had a price drop..etc.

As far as trading goes and being a gold trader or whatever..I am a gold trader and I believe I only had it done twice where I had a person send first.

By the way....you can get it cheaper on ebay or half.com

That's a tacky and rude thing that person did, and I hope it dosen't turn you off from trading since most of us are pretty cool I've seen people that just get DVDs to trade them, they have no interest in ever watching them so your 12 titles show that you actually have some discretion- good for you!

3 years ago I did a ton of trading....last year maybe one trade. It turned into more of a battle of getting over on someone rather than exchanging DVDs for fun.
That's pretty much why I stopped trading a couple of years ago and just donate everything that would be on my "for trade" list to the local library...

I personally don't understand Why people have tons of movies for trade. I try to look for bargains like most people but what I buy I keep. I've given a couple of movies to friends when I upgrade and I have sold maybe two or three on half.com. I am proud of my nonexistent trade list.
