Here's a shot of the DVD cover art via dvdanswers.com

I heard a Lilo and Stitch 2-Disc SE will be released in January.

I think the cover would be better if they used the one where everybody's in it. Regardless though, this is an automatic buy for me.

Why are people asking if this two disc version will have a two disc version later on? No get.

And they should get rid of the "From the creators of Monsters Inc." logo at the top.

Well, then again, there were a few people who did not get the who framed roger rabbit dvd since 5 frames of animation were missing, and many did not get muholland drive due to priviate parts being blurred.

To this day, that's still the saddest thing I've seen on the entire forum..

Am I alone in thinking that the portions of the film that took place in the dentist's office were much better than the ones taking place in the ocean?

Also
Spoiler:
although the end where the fish escape from the dentist's office in the bags was funny, it made me feel bad as well. Let's face it, those fish are going to have a very difficult time getting out of those bags. Of course it could be an homage to the short film shown before the movie, but I still felt bad for those characters

*pat on the back and offering a tissue* It'll be ok. They made it out. You can see them in the credits.

Because there wasn't any mention before as to if Nemo would even be a Special Edition until many posts into the thread. Disney/Pixar has normally put out regular editions then special editions later, excepting of course Monster's Inc.. Now get?

Actually, both Toy Story and Toy Story 2 also were both "regular" and "Collector's" editions upon release. Only "A Bug's Life" and "Tarzan" had staggered releases.

Actually you couldn't buy Toy Story by itself when it came out, you had to buy the Toy Box set. It wasn't until later that they sold it individually.

I hate Disney for this single reason, the European Division drops the goddamn full screen and wisely ads a DTS track in place of it, and the boneheads at Disney here in the states just sucker up to the fact that they have to be family/kid friendly and satisfy those who are annoyed by slight black borders on the top and bottom of their tv screens.

Those posts were about The Lion King. You're aware of that right?

Every major Disney release has had an English DTS track on the dvd in R2 (UK) like Monster's Inc , Lilo & Stitch and Treasure Planet.

The Lion King (30-10-2003 UK) and Finding Nemo will both be released with DTS sound in the UK.
It's a policy of them to release bigger movies with DTS sound on dvd's and I think it is great that they do
Buena Vista's policy in the US has been very confusing because they don't announce DTS but in several cases there is in fact a DTS track present.
Why don't they do DTS as a standard option is beyond me !?

And that applies to this how? Are they only going to release "Finding Nemo" now and then you'll be able to buy just "Finding" or just "Nemo" six months from now?

That's funny! I wondered the same thing after seeing Nemo but my 7 year old had this response.

Spoiler:
"The prickly fish blows up and pops his bag. Then he lets the others out."

How touching.

I was just correcting the info from the post above mine. No it has nothing to do with Nemo. Sorry for the confusion.
