Disc rot strikes again

I was watching my Best In Show DVD a few weeks ago and at the part right after the Mayflower winner is crowned, my disc froze. I tried it in two other dvd players and the same thing happened. It just wouldn't play anything after that point in the film. I checked the disc for marks and there were none. It used to play fine but it's been a while since I've viewed it so I can only conclude it was a case of disc rot Does anyone know where I could contact warner to see if they are willing to replace the disc for me? Thanks

My ghostbusters dvd has never played correctly. I'm hopefully taking it back today. That was one of my favorite movies as a kid.

Let us know if WB do in fact replace the defective disk directly. I'm aware of only Buena Vista, Fox, and Artisan doing replacement. Haven't seen much from other studios besides movie specific defects like BTTF

I had a defective copy of Ghostbusters as well. Took it back and got a replacement, which has worked fine ever since.

Must have been a bad batch of them at some point.
