hmmm.. kinda slim on extras and a little bit more expensive than the disney tins. I may end up getting it.. if the reviews state that there is quality image and that the extras are worthy.

Let's hope they're not censored!

Wonderful, this is an automatic purchase. My wife and I love Looney Tunes, I can actually remember a lot of these being played with all the un PC stuff when I was younger, and I definitely notice the changes nowadays.

So some of us took a survey on these 'potential' dvds a while back. What is the point of the survey if they are releasing them all anyway?
I think character themed sets would have been nicer. ala disney tins.

Here's a shot of the old vs. remastered picture from Cartoon Research:

Looks nice. I only hope these are good sets and they sell well enough for them to release more. WB did release 5 Golden Age of Looney Tunes sets and they were more expensive and sold to a much smaller audience, so there's a good chance we will see more sets.

While it's extremely doubtful they will release the more overtly racist shorts, I hope they don't skimp on the shorts that have "objectionable violence".
