Oh, did anyone get charged for the shipping for the replacement? Hope not. Sight unseen for a promo DVD, four bucks is fine, but eight isn't, IMO.

Still waiting for my replacement (2 weeks so far).
I also mentioned that it didn't work on 3 different players and on a computer DVD-rom. They gave the same BS answer that it was my compatibility problem and a replacement would be sent.
Does BMW make their own brand of player that the original disc only plays on?
That's the only way I could see it as my problem. I guess their response was shifting the blame to the buyer so that we couldn't dispute it with our CCs (or at least ask for a refund).
