Metropolitain
As anybody heard anything on Metropolitan being release on dvd anytime soon?Barcelona was release before(at lease it was suppose to be release)Metrolitan witch I can't understand why because in my book it's an inferior movie.

Barcelona has been released, and IMHO is a superior movie.
The proof:
Woman: You can't say Americans are not more violent than other people.
Fred: No.
Woman: All those people killed in shootings in America?

While Barcelona IMHO is indeed the superior film, Stillman's humor and dialogue are so idiosyncratically infectious that both make for quality viewing. That said, I do believe it's time that this, his debut, was released as even The Last Days Of Disco (now OOP) has seen the light of day on DVD.

I'd buy it. I'd buy The Last Days of Disco, too, but not for oop prices (since it's his weakest movie).
Not sure why I haven't bought Barcelona yet (his best movie, IMHO). I think I will buy it right now (it better not be oop!)
