here is a picture of the 1st video edition of Day of the Dead that was released in the US.....

note the similarities.....

Ok, we need some new covers. They all suck. If they would put Jesse Helms on the cover, I would be ok with it though.

Hmmm... I could have sworn THAT was the poster for the theatrical release I saw. I did a lot of drugs back then, so I could be mistaken. Is there anyway to find out if the VHS cover was ever an alternate poster?
BTW I like the VHS version better than the old DVD cover (or the new "now even yellower" one).

I'd love the original poster art and would settle for the original VHS art. But that new cover would seriously be better without Bub! Those red-tinted zombies crawling in the dust would look spooky on their own.

Not bad...bu not great.

I wish they would have released Dawn first, since it is regarded as the better of the sequals, but I can deal. Is there a price on this yet? Any LE Tin version?
