Et Voila!

Region 2 "Bringing Up Baby" here. English audio option, French subtitles, lots of extras.
Hope you can take advantage of the out-of-region-oneness.

Are the subs forced with the English audio?

Couldn't tell. Amazon site only says French subtitles. However, there's also a German version with English and, well, German as available spoken languages. Available German subtitles. Don't know if they're forced there either.

Somewhere, I don't remember where, I've seen information that this delightful film is being worked on for region 1.

Based on my Editions Montparnesse version of Suspicion, the R2 of Bring Up Baby will not have forced subtitles.
