Die Another Day: Transparent Discs

Very cool concept, where you can see through the actual DVDs. At first glance I thought the discs were kinda boring without cover art but then I recognized that you can see through the discs. Very sweet idea.

I haven't seen those discs, but I do know that you can see through just about any disc as long as there isn't artwork blocking the view.

Funny, mine are like mirrors, can't see thru them, but you can see yourself. Did you get the Widescreen version or the full screen version? I have the wide.

I thought you could do that with any CD/DVD.

Hold it at a certain angle and you can see thru it.

True. As long as the reflector isn't covered with any picture/text on the other surface of the disc.

If you hold it up to a bright light like the sun you can see thru almost any cd/dvd
