T2 unaligned tin - worth anything?
Okay Talkers, don't bash me for asking this question. It just happen that I saw a special on US coins that were minted incorrectly and their value went up.
The Tin of T2 : E that I saw had the imprint of the cyborg that was not line up with the color. It's like seeing 2 cyborg head overlapping each other.
So is there a market for such mistake (I pick up the correct cover by the way)?

Hmmm.... probably not. That's more of a manufacturing defect ... and (in my experience) the things that tend to be more "rare" or "collectible" are errors. Like... if it'd say TERNIMATOR-2 on the cover of the first print batch and a few leaked out before it was corrected. THAT would be worth something.

The only T2 tin worth anything is the one which works perfectly
& doesn't screw up the case inside.
Those are the rarest and are certainly climbing in value as we speak.

It's worth as much as a collector would be willing to pay for it. I think most of the people here are collectors to some degree, and I doubt anyone here would pay a premium for something like that.
The only time I've ever seen a DVD worth more than the original retail price is when something goes OOP.

You could put it up on ebay with a high reserve and promote it as a rare item. The gullibility of the average ebay user will be on your side.
