I like twelve monkeys, it has a great movie, hour long documentary and a good commentary. Many two disc sets pale in comparison.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Besides deleted scenes and audio commentary, there's also an awesome documentary which, at 80 minutes, is only 10 minutes shorter than the film itself.

Runner up: Fox Studio Classics' All About Eve. Two audio commentaries, interviews with Bette Davis and Anne Baxter, and an AMC Backstory episode.

Donnie Darko was a good dvd too. Pretty loaded for a little seen indie film.

T2: Ultimate Edition (that is, if you have the DVD-18 version and not the 2-disc DVD-9 set). Content-wise I can't imagine there is anything out there that could beat it. 3 separate cuts of the film on one disc along with a bevy of extras.

Jaws, despite the fact that the documentary was cut in half....it's still a fantastic movie and that is what counts the most right?

I always counted superman, T2UE more as 2-discs rather than one. They have 2 sides for info compared to one for others kind of unfair.
