I would say Bring It On is a very complete disc.

The Limey. Great film, and the best commentary I've ever heard, but Soderbergh's the king of the director's commentary. Fincher doesn't hold a candle to him.

Patriot - horrible movie, great disc.

Apollo 13 - decent movie, awesome disc.

The Red Shoes - incredible movie, incredible disc (includes Scorsese commentary).

The Thing -great commentary track, feature length documentary, deleted scenes, lots more. If only it was anamorphic.

I'd have to say Krull.

Aside from the anamorphic print, commentary, documentaries, production notes and trailers, it also has a pretty unique feature: a 45 minute piece where they filmed all the pages of the Marvel Comics adaptation and inserted the appropriate dialogue, music and sound effects to tell the whole story. I thought that was pretty neat.
