Is there more than one version. I'm coming up with a Chuck Heston movie from 1976

It is already out! Widescreen (non-anamorphic). DVDpricesearch.com is your friend.

I had no idea it was (coming) out. I might pick it up. It's one of the more unfairly maligned films of the seventies. If the script had been streamlined to eliminate the "disaster film" soap opera schematic, it could have been an absolute classic. The suspense, which is very skillfully handled, is frequently undermined by the needless insertion of "personality groups".

I am confused, everyone seem to think this is the first time this title came out on DVD.I bought it from Ken cRanes back in 2000, it is widescreen, with trailer. Is this a new version? Or just a price reduction.
