I'm finally going to shell out for Galaxy Quest, and will be buying a R1 disc from over here in the UK.

I'd rather get the DTS version, but I'm getting conflicting info about the extras. Some sites say the DTS version has the same extras as the DD5.1, others say that the DTS version is light on extras.

So, I'm going to throw myself upon the mercy of the DVD Talk faithfuls, and make an appeal: if you have GQ DTS version R1, what extras does it have exactly?

I think it only has DTS, menus, and subtitles. No real extras on the DTS version.

The DTS version has deleted scenes, trailers, and small making-of documentary, a Thermian audio track, and a small featurette of the Omega 13.

I have the DTS version, and can confirm that Schmegga is correct.
