About Schmidt DVD question

Anyone know if this DVD to be released next month is going to have a "Making Of" Documentary?

No, there will be no featurettes or making-of docs. Just a few deleted scenes.

No commentary either.

It's a good film, though. Worth seeing.

No future SE planned. No double-dip.

The director wanted the film to speak for itself. It does.

I see, thanks Jough. I was hoping there would of been commentary and a "Making of" because the film takes places in Omaha, where I live, so I'd thought it would be nice. Oh well. I really enjoyed the movie, so even though it's practically barebones I will probably buy it anyways.

Have you picked up ELECTION? Great film and Alexander Payne does a commentary....

Election was practically bare-bones too. I think the commentary is the only special feature (unless you count "Scene Selections", i.e. a stupid menu, as a "special feature," like those early Paramount DVDs did).
