opinions wanted on my first cover

I know there's some touching up to do etc.. but what are some initial thoughts on my first attempt at a custom cover? Any suggestions for what to put on the spine? I'll be adding text to the back cover obviously.

I'd really like to blend the top two images on the front as well, but haven't had muhc luck in doing so.....

anyhow, opinions/suggestions/feedback GREATLY appreciated.

first, get rid of that big ass cbs logo.
http://www.dvdempire.com/Exec/v4_ite...7&tab=5&back=1
you see the little cbs studios dvd logo at the bottom, use that, use a smaller 'dvd' logo as well. Make the amazing race logo the full front, put the big cast pic you have on the front, now put that on the back. Put this in big text on the back "11 teams race one another around the globe hoping to win a big cash prize."
put like the credis and such and lets see how it looks.

thanks for the helpful suggestions. I'm looking for a Jerry Bruckheimer Productions logo as well for the spine (Amazing Race is a Bruckheimer production as well), so maybe I can stumble across a larger CSI image to grab that logo as well.

I'll post the updated image after I get thru touching it up. Thanks!

thoughts on this new color scheme/theme? (the teams finished up at the Unisphere in NYC, thus it's prominence on the back cover).

I'm a bit concerned that there won;t be much room for text on the back (the bottom bar spanning front and back with the team pictures will still be there, just not here yet). Perhaps cutting the unisphere in half horizontally, so there's room for text to its' right?

I plan on taking out that "wants you!" on the front and replacing it with "Season One" or something. Is there any easy way to replicate the differing text shade, where some of the letters 'glow' in RACE for my eventual "Season One" banner beneath?

And that faint yellow bar underneath the main image on the front will go away obviously. It didn't show up on my PSP 7.0

instead of "wants you" put season one. Maybe put the big cast pic at the botton, and include like critics quotes if you can find them. For the back, where it is red, put the plot, get rid of the globe, instead, put the teams and contestants, like for example (I don't know any of the names) [a pic of the team] joe and jane six pack. then underneath put the next team and their pic. at the bottom, put credits, special features, and maybe like copyright dates or something.

here's the latest. thoughts/opinions? I'm trying to figure out what else to throw on the front cover. I thought about an 'image collage' of the places they visited during the race (eiffel tower, great wall of china, roman colisseum etc..). thoughts on that idea?

small update here, and it's just about complete. I'm gonna add some text to the top of the back cover, but what's the general thought out there?

I don't have the originals handy with me right now, so I can't be sure. If they are, I don't remember stretching them much.
