Rejected on DVD

For anyone interested in a demented yet hilarious animated short, I submit Rejected. I saw this at a film festival a few years ago and have rarely laughed harder. Amazingly enough it was nominated for an Oscar even though it is made up of crudely drawn stick figures who say things like, "And now, angry ticks fire out of my nipples". It's not for everyone but the weird people will like it. You know who you are. You can read about it at www.bitterfilms.com and buy it on DVD from them. No, I don't work for them, I was motivated to post this after reading the Chubbchubb thread. If Rejected is already common knowledge on this forum then please excuse this thread.

Interesting to note that according to Bitterfilms FAQ section that 'Rejected' will be included on a Bitterfilms Compilation DVD in 2004..although it won't contain the extras that the current disc does.

Yeah, I'm excited about that. I'll definitely be getting it. They've also been working on another short that's supposed to be ready this summer.

I've seen that and it is funny but it's not even in the same ballpark as Rejected. Billy's Balloon is quite funny also.

As RichDB10 mentioned, the "DVD Single" of Rejected has lots of extras that the compilation will not. I'm contemplating getting this myself, but it'd be a blind buy and $16 seems a bit pricey for 10 minutes. Then again if I don't like it I could probably wait a few years and sell it for $100 on ebay or something.
