Can anybody tell me if "The Rock" Criterion collection is really worth it? I thought the movie was good & I have the original DVD but is there any bonus features on the Criterion collection edition that I must have or should I just stick with the original one.

I don't have this, so I can't answer your question directly. I can tell you that you would be more likely to get an answer if your thread title were less ambiguous, e.g. "Is the Rock:CC worth it if I have the original release?"

My impression of the reviews I've seen are that the image and sound are improved significantly, but the extras aren't as extensive as some would like.
