AVIA or Video Essentials?

I am looking to finally pick up one of the two. Any recommendations or reviews?
Not sure that it matters but my system is
onkyo777, toshiba 60 inch, paradigm speakers. using optical sound, s-video.

Definetely go with Avia. I've used both Video Essentials and Avia, and I think Avia is much more user friendly and provides better results.
