Thinking about picking up David Lean's "Brief Encounter," which Criterion will release soon. Reviews requested.

I saw it once years ago. I enjoyed it, but don't remember enough to give it a proper review. I am a fan of David Lean and Noel Coward, so I will be buying the DVD.

What has me excited about the DVD is Bruce Eder's commentary. He has done a very good job with previous Criterions such as Lady Vanishes, Henry V, and Most Dangerous Game. He has some good insights and knows a lot about British film history.
