I havent seen this at B&M stores yet but have found on-line stores have it. Just wondered what you thought of the story or transfer, etc. I think a recent Dvd I got had a trailer, it might have been El Dorado or True Grit but they were from Paramont and I think the above title is a Columbia release but not sure.

Fantastic movie - James Stewart/Anthony Mann you can’t really go wrong and it has a very nice anamorphic transfer too. Money very well spent.

I agree; it is excellent. Both the movie itself and the disc (a few minor flaws with the print, but not bad for 45 years).
I look forward to seeing the other Mann/Stewart westerns (Far Country, Naked Spur, Bend of the River, Winchester 73) along with Mann's Man of the West (with Gary Cooper).
Columbia has done a great job with their classics.
