Got this in today and gave it a watch. They did the ol' one side for widescreen, the other side of the disc for the fullscreen version.
The bummer part of the movie is that it's only in 2-channel Dolby Surround (the 2nd movie in 2 days this has happened, Labyrinth is that way too), but it's got plenty of audio tracks on there, French, English, Spanish, and a commentary track that I haven't listened to yet. Subtitles in English, French, and Spanish. This is what I love foreign films on DVD for, getting both the original language w/ subtitles and an English dub version.
Sound quality is fine for 2-channel. Video quality is great.
Now, if only Delicatessen would come out on DVD...
