That depends on a few factors:
1) Do you own the Laserdisc?
If so, and you are happy with it, I really don't see the point of replacing it as there are no extras except the 'Coolio' video.
2) Are you a BIG fan of this movie?
If so, yes. The video quality is better than the LD (marginally) and there are no side flips.
I own both the LD, and the DVD (my wife loves this movie....why? I have no idea!) and comparing both, the DVD wins hands down. The only problems that I have with it are the fact that it's not 16x9 and it's MSRP is $29.95 (though I didn't pay a dime for it thanks to the Oldsmobile test drive).
If you really like the movie and can get it for a good price, go for it.
