(I hope this hasn't been mentioned before; I did a search and nothing came up.)

I noticed on my copy of Frankenstein (1931) that the first item -- I think it's Frankenstein Files -- on the special features page takes me to the language menu.

Fortunately, I can still access the Frankenstein Files using the title selector.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just my dvd/player?

It threw me off initially too, but it's actually the language of the documentary. It defaults to English so press the button again and the documentary will start.

I was going to respond, but jligon beat me to it.

I've been comparing the Region 1 version with the Region 2 (Japanese) version that I have.
