Ran arcoss this at DVdexpress and I wanted to ask what for opinions before I use my coupon on it. I remember being interested in it when I saw it advertised intheaters, but I never got around to actually watching it. It is by Brian Singer though...
I'd appreciate your reviews to be in this thread and not as a link, please? >^_^

Actually, I think what I'm looking for is basically just general feedback from people who've seen it. I don't really go by what more "professional" movie reviers have to say since more then half the time they tend to blast movies I really like >^_^;;< o I'll sk again, for those of you who saw this on VHS, DVD, or in the theaters...What did you think of Apt Pupil?

Laughncat:
I remember anticipating this movie's release quite a bit, hoping that it would be as good as The Usual Suspects, if not better, being based on one of my favorite King novellas (I've been waiting for a movie version for over a decade, it seems).
Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. It had its moments, but was not better than an average TV movie, with only Sir Ian and young Brad to elevate the material above the standard fare. Schwimmer was (and is) a joke, and the script and direction are uninspired.
My 2 cents.
